Who should apply?

Any high school student with an interest in developing his or her leadership skills is encouraged to apply to the Leading Edge. Whether you are a vocal leader who prefers to be at the front of the group, or a quiet person who prefers to lead from behind, you are welcome at the Leading Edge. Our goal is to help curious and motivated students learn more about who they are as leaders and how they can be most successful in this role. We also provide a fantastic summer adventure in the Rocky Mountains or the Canyons of Utah!

No outdoor experience is required.

Students who might be particularly interested in the program include:
    * Students who want to be leaders in their school and community
    * Students who want to learn more about their own leadership preferences
    * Students who are leaders of formal groups, including: Student Government, Athletic Teams, Student Prefects,         Advisors and Peer Counselors, Other Student Groups & Clubs

Applicants should have completed their freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior year of high school (depending on session).
