Conditions of Use for Site Visitors
This web site (the Site) is owned and operated by High Mountain Institute, Inc. and its officers, Board of Trustees, employees, agents and representatives (HMI) for your personal information, education, communication, entertainment, and enjoyment. Please feel free to browse the Site; however, your access and use of the Site is subject to the following conditions of use and all applicable laws. The following conditions also apply to external internet sites operated by HMI (such as Facebook, Flickr, etc.), to the extent applicable. By accessing, browsing or interacting with this Site or any external Site (collectively referred to as “Site”) operated by HMI, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Site Terms & Conditions of Use.
All text, photographs, graphics, typographic devices, borders, patterns, backgrounds, compiled lists, audio and/or video components or other graphic material on this site is copyrighted content (the “Content”) owned by HMI.

Use of this Site
